Senior Asbestos Surveyor - LondonLocation: London
Salary: £38,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Asbestos Surveyor to support a busy and expanding workload across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor ready to take the next step, offering increased responsibility, technical input, and long-term progression.
This role is ideal for someone confident in leading surveys, supporting junior staff, and maintaining high technical standards across a variety of projects.

The Role
Leading Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors
Conducting bulk sampling across a range of property types
Producing and reviewing accurate, compliant survey reports in line with HSG264
Managing workload across multiple sites
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures
Liaising professionally with clients and internal teams
About You
BOHS P402 (essential)
Additional qualifications (P403/P404) desirable
Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor with ability to work independently
Experience supporting or mentoring junior staff (desirable)
Strong understanding of HSG264 guidance and asbestos legislation
Professional, organised, and reliable
Full UK driving licence
