Management AccountantLocation: Chester
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid working: Up to 2 days working from home

An established and growing organisation is looking to appoint a Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure across month-end reporting, controls, audit support and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities*Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
*Bank reconciliations and month-end close
*Stock accounting and balance sheet reporting
*Financial analysis and reporting to support business performance
*Supporting and reviewing transactional finance teams
*Liaison with auditors and support of audit processes
*Payroll coordination and quarterly VAT returns
About You*Experience working as a Management Accountant or similar
*Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail
*Comfortable working to deadlines in a busy environment
*AAT Qualified / ACCA or CIMA Part Qualified or QBE
