We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a welcoming primary SEN school in Barking and Dagenham.
The school supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
*Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment
*Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists
*Monitor progress using EHCP targets
Requirements:
*QTS or equivalent
*Experience working within SEN (ASD experience highly desirable)
*Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
