Host / Hostess – 2210 by NattyCanCook
We’re looking for a warm, confident, and organised Host/Hostess to be the face of 2210 by NattyCanCook.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for their entire experience welcoming them with genuine hospitality and ensuring smooth service from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities:
*Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
*Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently
*Maintain a calm and organised front-of-house flow
*Communicate clearly with the service team
*Handle guest enquiries and special requests
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience within hospitality is essential
*Excellent communication and people skills
*A friendly, approachable, and polished presence
*Ability to stay calm under pressure
*Adaptable to changing seating demands and the ability to problem solve on the fly
*Experience in a fine dining environment is a plus
*Experience using OpenTable is a plus
