Our client, a fast-growing tech business, is looking for upbeat and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Care team on an immediate temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, social and supportive team based in a brilliant Central London location. It would particularly suit someone between longer-term roles, saving for travel, or looking for a role with potential to go permanent.
You’ll be supporting existing customers with product queries and troubleshooting, helping deliver a positive customer experience every step of the way.
The Role
*Handling inbound customer calls and email queries from existing customers
*Supporting with troubleshooting and resolving product-related queries
*Managing calls ranging from quick queries to more detailed problem-solving conversations
*Delivering a friendly, helpful and solutions-focused customer experience
*Updating systems accurately with customer information and outcomes
*Working closely with the wider team to resolve issues efficiently
About You
*Previous customer service experience is essential
*Positive, engaging and confident speaking with customers
*Comfortable in a phone-based role
*Calm under pressure and able to handle a variety of customer queries
*A team player who enjoys working in a social, energetic environment
*Available to start asap
