This role is crucial in driving sales efforts by identifying potential clients and generating high-quality leads. As a Sales Lead Generation, you will be responsible for:
*Making outbound telephone calls to reach potential clients to introduce our services and generate quality leads
*Cold calling from a live Industry database
*Identify key decision makers
*Fact finding to offer the right solution
*Selling/hiring products within the company portfolio
*Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads and update our CRM system
Required Skills:
*Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role is preferred
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
*Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
*Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple leads simultaneously
