Permanent salary - £27,000 - £28,000k pa
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Production Operative to join an established team in High Wycombe. This temp-to-perm position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Pre-fabrication of materials to meet quality standards as part of the production line.
*Maintain production stations by implementing thorough cleaning practices.
*Achieve daily targets for manufacturing workload.
*Accurately update production worksheets and maintain records.
*Comply with environmental, health, and safety legislation and ISO standards.
*Follow all operating procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
*Report to and liaise with the Team Leader for the production section.
*Attend meetings as required and perform additional duties as requested.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
*Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
*Desirable: Full UK Driving License and experience in a similar environment
*Technically minded and practical.
