Responsibilities
As a Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for –
*Taking ownership of day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
*Supervising key finance activities including ledgers, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
*Working closely with the Finance Assistant to deliver smooth weekly and monthly finance cycles
*Coordinating with external providers to support the production of management accounts
*Creating clear financial reports to support operational understanding and decision-making
*Supporting effective credit control and resolving payment-related queries
*Maintaining robust financial procedures and contributing to continuous improvements
Requirements:
As a Finance Operations Manager you will need –
*Proven experience operating at a senior level within a finance function
*Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting fundamentals
*A track record of improving processes and implementing efficiencies
