Job Description:
Lead delivery of the Trust’s commercial strategy and innovation programmes, turning strategic vision into measurable outcomes. Provide strategic and operational leadership across contracts, procurement, projects, assets and trading activity to drive growth, sustainability and value for money.

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver the Trust’s commercial strategy to increase income, sustainability and growth.
*Translate strategy into clear, actionable delivery plans.
*Identify and develop new income streams, partnerships and traded services.
*Provide commercial insight and analysis to support executive decision-making.
*Lead business development and expand external partnerships.
*Manage traded services to ensure strong performance, quality and compliance.
*Oversee procurement and contract management to maximise value and minimise risk.
*Lead commercial aspects of projects, assets and transformation programmes.
*Drive innovation through new service models and continuous improvement.
Leadership
*Lead, motivate and develop staff to deliver strategic objectives.
*Provide expert advice to executives, trustees and governors.
*Line manage staff and oversee delivery of the Trust’s strategic plan.
