Financial Reporting Manager - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Leicester (Hybrid/Flexible) | Up to £75k | Immediate start required

We are working with a fast-growing professional services business who are looking to hire a technically strong Finance Manager to join the team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis, to provide essential cover within the Group Finance team.

This is a key role where you will take ownership of entity-level financial reporting and financial control, ensuring accurate and timely month-end close and high-quality reporting across multiple group entities.

What you will be doing:
*Leading month-end close for assigned entities
*Preparing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting
*Reviewing journals and balance sheet reconciliations
*Supporting statutory accounts and external audit requirements
*Ensuring compliance with IFRS and group accounting policies
*Managing a small team of Management Accountants
*Supporting group reporting, acquisitions and process improvements
What we are looking for:
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent), ideally practice trained
*Strong background in financial reporting, audit or group accounting
*Good understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting
*Experience in multi-entity or complex group environments
*Available to start immediately or at short notice
