Sales Director - Up to £150,000 + great package – National remit
We are working with a leader in FM provider, to find an outstanding Sales Director, who will help build strategy, deliver outstanding sales solutions and ultimately grow the UK portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role focused on winning and delivering profitable contracts, strengthening client partnerships, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key responsibilities:
*Drive new business acquisition and exceed agreed revenue targets
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
*Develop and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
*Lead, coach and support Business Development Managers to maximise performance
*Oversee the preparation of high-quality tenders, proposals and presentations
*Ensure accurate reporting, governance compliance and internal stakeholder alignment
*Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
*Take ownership of re-bids and strategic sales initiatives within the division
Ideal Sales Director:
*Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals within Facilities Management
*Strong experience producing compelling sales documentation and delivering executive-level presentations
*Target-driven, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
*Highly organised, detail-oriented and commercially astute
*Able to work independently while fostering a collaborative team culture
