Job Title: Warehouse Administrator with FLT
Location: Leamington Spa
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Shift Pattern: Rotating (06:00–14:30 and 14:00–22:30)
Essential Requirement:
A valid FLT Counterbalance license issued within the last 3 years.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Administrator with FLT to join our team. This hybrid position combines warehouse operations with administrative duties in a clean, food-safe environment. Initially offered on a temporary basis, the role will become permanent after 13 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
*Unloading wagons, storing goods, and performing quality checks
*Picking and pre-picking orders
*Assisting with machine loading, pallet wrapping, dispatch, stock checks, and inventory management
*Preparing paperwork, building orders, and working within the Odoo ERP system
*Using laptops and scanners to book pallets and log label details
*Balancing approximately 70% warehouse tasks and 30% administrative duties (subject to variation)
Requirements & Skills
*Valid FLT Counterbalance License, dated within the last 3 years
*Experience operating pump trucks and electric FLTs (pedal-controlled)
*Proficient in PC use with experience in ERP and WMS systems
*Previous warehouse experience
*Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
*Flexibility to work rotating shifts
*Comfortable working in a clean environment handling beverages (beer, energy drinks, etc.)
