We are looking to appoint an experienced Bobst DRO Press Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role requiring a skilled printer or press operator who can confidently set up, operate, and maintain a Bobst DRO press to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Set up and operate the Bobst DRO press to meet production targets and quality standards
*Ensure consistent print quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
*Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery
*Monitor materials and ensure efficient use to minimise waste
*Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines
*Maintain accurate production records and documentation
*Adhere to all health & safety procedures and company policies
Requirements
*Proven, hands-on experience operating a Bobst DRO press (essential)
*Strong understanding of printing processes and quality control
*Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*High attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Flexible and reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
