Description
*Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
*Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
*Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
*Handle incoming communications and distribute them to the appropriate team members.
*Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
*Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
*Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
*Uphold high standards of organisation and efficiency in all responsibilities.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
