SEN Support Assistants (HLTA Level) - South London SEN Schools

Hays Education is recruiting experienced HLTA-level SEN Support Assistants to work across a range of South London Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools through our exclusive Preferred Supplier List (PSL) contracts.These roles offer the opportunity to make a real impact in specialist settings, supporting pupils with diverse and complex needs.
The role. You will be supporting children and young people within SEN and specialist provisions, including:
*SEMH, ASD, PMLD, SLD and MLD settings
*Small-group and 1:1 intervention support
*Assisting with differentiated learning activities
*Promoting independence, engagement and positive behaviour
*Working closely with class teachers, therapists and SEN teams

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
