My client is are seeking a Litigation Secretary / Paralegal to join our busy Dispute Resolution team. This is a full-time role focused primarily on providing administrative support to fee earners within the department.
This position would suit someone looking to gain or build on experience within a legal environment, particularly those interested in a stable support role rather than a short-term training pathway.
Key Responsibilities *Providing administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team
*Managing files and maintaining accurate case records
*Drafting and preparing basic legal documents and correspondence
*Handling client communications via telephone and email
*Diary management and scheduling appointments
*General administrative duties to support fee earners
Requirements *Previous experience within a law firm is desirable but not essential
*law degree preferred
*Strong organisational and administrative skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
*High level of attention to detail
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Additional Information *This role is best suited to candidates not intending to qualify as a solicitor within the next 2-3 years
