*Lead and progress complex clinical negligence claims with skill, empathy, and strategic judgment
*Comply fully with pre-action protocol and court timetables
*Instruct and collaborate with medical experts and counsel across litigation, ADR, and advocacy
*Conduct negotiations, attend mediations, and drive settlement outcomes
*Handle interim applications and play a key role in income forecasting
*Ensure accurate, timely billing with support from our expert costs team
*Work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
