Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Production & Purchasing Assistant to join our Client, ensuring smooth operation of production and procurement processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Processing and reviewing contracts and sales orders ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Maintaining and updating internal systems
*Ensuring Shop Floor Date Collection system is up to date and accurate
*Purchase order management
*Overseeing and processing all incoming goods
*Assisting in monthly stock counts, maintaining accurate records
*Ensuring timely delivery and updating customers
*Preparing monthly and weekly production-related reports
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a production, purchasing, or supply chain role is desirable.
*Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
