Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ–3 PQE)
Birmingham City Centre | Hybrid Working (2 days office, 3 days from home)

£43,000 – £55,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ–3 PQE) to join a leading national Legal 100 law firm in Birmingham. This is a chance to work within a highly regarded private client team, advising high-value individuals including business owners, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth clients.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied and high-quality private client caseload, including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Estate administration
*Inheritance tax planning
*Lifetime trusts
*Advising mass affluent and high-net-worth individuals
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, gaining exposure to more complex and technical matters, alongside strong mentorship and ongoing development.
About You
*NQ–3 years PQE in Private Client
*Strong understanding of wills, probate, and estate planning work
*Experience working with high-value or mass affluent clients (desirable)
*Confident communicator with strong client care skills
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
*Keen to develop technically and progress within a leading firm
