We’re partnering with a leading global organisation seeking a talented Accounts Payable Lead to oversee and optimise their AP function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business with a strong international presence and a collaborative, forward-thinking culture.
As Accounts Payable Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end AP process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple entities. You’ll lead a team, drive process improvements, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee high-volume invoice processing and payment runs
*Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations
*Manage supplier relationships and resolve escalations
*Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple countries
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a leadership role
*Fluent German language skills (essential)
*Strong understanding of AP processes in an international setting
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
*Experience with SAP
*A Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
