Dispute Resolution Solicitor
We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a busy civil litigation team based in Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing litigation department handling a broad and varied caseload within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The RoleThe successful candidate will work on a wide range of contentious matters, including property disputes, contract disputes, contentious probate, and professional negligence claims.
This is a highly client-facing role offering the opportunity to develop your own areas of specialism while contributing to a growing caseload. The role also includes involvement in business development and marketing activity for the department.
Full-time and part-time applicants will be considered.
Key Responsibilities*Managing a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters
*Advising clients on contentious probate, property, contract, and negligence disputes
*Handling client communications and managing expectations
*Developing specialist areas of practice
*Supporting business development and departmental growth
*Delivering efficient case progression and high standards of client care
