Description
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support business performance tracking.
*Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial targets are met.
*Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid strategic decision-making.
*Monitor and report on key financial metrics, identifying trends and variances.
*Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
*Assist in cash flow management and cost control initiatives.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised qualification in Accounting or Finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
*Proven experience in management accounting.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
*Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
*An ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
