We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join a busy and well-established dealership in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong enquiry levels and genuine earning potential.
The Role*Managing the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
*Building lasting relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
*Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles
*Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
*Promoting finance, insurance, and value-added products
*Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
