The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Trusts
*Inheritance Tax planning
*Court of Protection matters
*Elderly client advisory work
*Succession planning
You will build trusted client relationships and provide clear, empathetic, and commercially aware advice.
About YouWe are keen to hear from solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, STEP-qualified professionals, and other qualified lawyers with private client experience.
You will likely offer:
