We’re working with a fast-growing, multi-entity business to appoint a talented Finance Manager into a key role within their UK finance team. This is a confidential search for a business experiencing strong growth, offering excellent exposure and progression opportunities.
This role will suit a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of billing, accounts, and transactional finance operations.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will take ownership of core transactional finance processes across a group structure, with a particular focus on billing, accounts payable, and credit control.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, improving processes, and supporting the wider business with insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
*Leading billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across high-volume transactions
*Managing accounts payable and credit control functions
*Overseeing end-to-end purchase ledger processes and payment runs
*Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations across transactional areas
*Delivering regular reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders
*Supporting VAT submissions and ensuring compliance
*Driving process improvements and efficiencies across finance
Key Requirements:
*Qualified (AAT Level 4 minimum, Degree, or equivalent finance qualification)
*Proven experience in a Finance Manager / Senior transactional role
*Strong background in billing, accounts payable, and credit control
*Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
*Confident, hands-on, and comfortable working across multiple entities
What’s on Offer:
*£50,000 – £55,000 base salary
