We’re working with a specialist production business creating structural packaging and retail display solutions for a range of brands — and they’re looking for a hands-on 3D Structural Designer / Cardboard Engineer who understands how ideas translate into real-world builds.
What the Structural Designer will be doing:
*Designing cardboard structures & packaging solutions from concept through to production
*Developing creative POS, FSDU and packaging designs
*Producing prototypes and refining designs for manufacture
*Working closely with production, design, and client teams
Optimising materials and ensuring designs are cost-effective and buildable
What they’re looking for:
*Experience in structural design (cardboard / packaging / POS)
*Strong understanding of materials, construction & manufacturing processes
*Ability to take ideas from concept prototype production
*Detail-driven with a practical, problem-solving mindset
*Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment
