Production Team Member - Pickering, North Yorkshire

This role is a genuine temp to perm position, with an increase in pay rate once probation is successfully completed.

Transport provided from various pick-up points in Scarborough.
Pay Rates: £12.71 (currently under review) increasing to £13.00 after 12 weeks and overtime is paid at £17.50-£18.20.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
*Production duties.
*Operating press machines.
*Assembling parts.
*Extrusion.
*Working within the Paint Plant.
*Fast-paced environment.
*Quality checking.
*Labelling and Packing.
*Maintain good housekeeping.
*Adhering to Health and Safety.
Requirements:
*Reliable and committed.
*Positive attitude to work.
*Good English skills both written and verbal.
*Attention to detail.
*Teamwork.
*Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
*Experience within a production/warehouse environment would be advantageous but not essential.
3 shift pattern: (11.40 hours per shift)
Candidates must be able to work all 3 shifts on rotation.
Days:
Wednesday to Friday 7:50am - 20.00pm - 2 rest days
Nights:
Monday to Wednesday 19:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest days
Split Shift:
Monday and Tuesday 7.50am - 20.00pm
1 rest day
Thursday and Friday 19:50pm - 8:00am - 4 rest days
