About the job
You’ll manage a long-standing territory across Scotland, looking after existing accounts while opening doors with new garden centres and other indie retail.
That means:
*Building strong relationships with existing customers and becoming their go-to contact
*Identifying and winning new business across garden retail, home, gift and independent retail
*Presenting seasonal collections in an engaging, commercial way
*Helping customers choose ranges suited to their space, customer base and budget
*Managing your territory like it’s your own business
*Planning your diary effectively around key seasonal peaks
*Keeping close to market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity
*Working with internal teams to make sure service matches the sale
