This Account Director position in London offers a large, established portfolio and the opportunity to manage and develop a small team of junior Account Executives. It’s a role for someone who enjoys both the client side and the people side of insurance, without being pulled too far in either direction.

What you’ll be doing
*As an Account Director in this London-based insurance firm, you’ll take ownership of both clients and people:
*Managing a large portfolio of commercial insurance clients
*Building deeper relationships with key clients across London
*Overseeing renewals, strategy, and long-term account development
*Leading and mentoring a small team of junior Account Executives
*Supporting their development while maintaining standards
*Working closely with senior leadership on client strategy and growth
*Engaging with insurers to secure strong, sustainable outcomes
*This is a visible role within the London insurance business. You’ll be expected to lead from the front.
