Employee Benefits Technician


Location Bromsgrove (Hybrid)
Salary Up to £37k + Bonus


We are working with a Financial Planning firm based in Bromsgrove who are looking for an Employee Benefits Technician to join their Corporate Advice Team. The role will involve providing comprehensive technical and research support to Advisers covering Group Pension schemes, Medical plans and Group Risk.


Key Responsibilities of Employee Benefits Technician
*Review pension schemes for auto-enrolment compliance and support ongoing governance
*Assist with scheme setup, rectification, and re-enrolment activity
*Produce governance reports and manage provider/client communication
*Conduct group risk research and prepare reports for advisers
*Maintain accurate records and provide technical support
