Duties of this Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester role:
*Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to high standards
*Perform MOT Testing and ensure vehicles meet safety and emissions standards
*Carry out routine maintenance including brake repairs, engine work, and component replacements
*Utilise diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify faults efficiently
*Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used
*Work collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent customer service
*Comply with health and safety regulations to sustain a safe working environment
Requirements:
*Qualified to Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a busy workshop environment
*MOT Technician certification is essential
*Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to detect faults accurately
*Ability to produce high-quality work under pressure
*Excellent communication skills and team player attitude
*Flexibility, motivation, and commitment to meeting targets and deadlines
