The working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

As the successful Accounts Assistant or Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
*Ensuring that all invoices & credit notes are raised, posted, and reconciled.
*Issuing monthly statements of accounts to all clients.
*Collecting outstanding debt via telephone & email, reducing DSO.
*Collaborating with events teams to accelerate the debt collection process.
*Clearing the unallocated suspense account monthly.
*Data entry of all financial information onto Reapit or Excel
*Negotiating payment plans with clients.
Ideally to be successful you will have:
*Excellent communications skills (written & verbal).
*Prior experience working in a telephone-based Credit Control role.
*Proficiency in MS Office Packages including excellent Excel.
*Ideally a working knowledge or some experience of some accounting packages
