Job Description:
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable Main Dealer Group in Warwickshire?
Our client is actively looking to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

Benefits:
*Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE) plus uncapped bonus, giving an OTE of £45,000+
*No weekend working; Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Duties:
*Carry out routine vehicle servicing and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and documenting findings
*Diagnose faults accurately, test faulty parts, and implement effective repairs as a Vehicle Technician
*Support internal departments with the preparation and maintenance of new, used, and loan vehicles
*Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and ensure high service standards as a Vehicle Technician
*Complete complex repairs including engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts, and more
*Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
*NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
*Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar workshop role
*Strong mechanical aptitude with good diagnostic skills as a Vehicle Technician
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
*High standards of vehicle maintenance and attention to detail
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
