Job Description:
Our client, a prominent high-volume used car dealership in Stoke-on-Trent, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Controller to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Sales Controller to take on a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-earning environment. With a large stock of over 550 vehicles, the dealership offers significant career progression potential and attractive earning opportunities.
Benefits:
*Competitive basic salary of £30,000
*Uncapped commission with an OTE exceeding £60,000
*28 days holiday, including bank holidays
*Monday to Friday working hours of 10am–7pm, Saturday 10am–6pm, and rotational Sunday 10am–4pm

Duties:
*Lead and support the sales team to achieve volume and profit targets as a Sales Controller
*Assist with structuring deals, finance, and value-added product offerings
*Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
*Support site management with operational duties as a Sales Controller
*Motivate, mentor, and develop the sales team in your role as a Sales Controller
*Monitor individual and team performance to identify improvement opportunities
*Foster a positive, high-energy sales environment focused on delivering excellent customer service
Requirements:
*Proven experience in used car sales, ideally within a high-volume or supermarket-style environment
*Previous experience as a Sales Controller or in a sales leadership role is a strong advantage
*Confident closer with leadership skills to motivate and develop the team
*Well-organised, target-driven, and professional approach
*Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
*FCA accreditation or willingness to undertake training as required
