FLT Driver (Temp to Perm)
Location: Stroud
Pay Rate:£14.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Stroud. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking consistent hours in a fast-paced environment, with the potential to secure a permanent role following a successful temporary period.
You will play a key role in ensuring goods are moved safely and efficiently, supporting the wider team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:
*Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance and/or Reach) in a safe and efficient manner
*Loading and unloading goods from deliveries
*Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and yard areas
*Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
*Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
*Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
*Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
*Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times


Requirements:
*Valid and in-date FLT licence (Counterbalance)
*Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
*Good attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
