Contract Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing business for an experienced CNC Milling Machinist & CNC Router.
This is a full-time, permanent position based near Stalham.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with an early finish on Fridays.
What You’ll Do:
*Operate CNC machines and routers to produce precision components from drawings and DFX files.
*Modify prototypes and assist in product assembly/testing.
*Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
*Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
About You:
*Time-served CNC machinist or mechanical engineering apprentice (or equivalent experience).
*Skilled in setting up and operating manual and CNC milling/turning machines.
*Able to work from drawings, sketches, or verbal instructions.
*Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.
*Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience desirable.
*Excellent attention to detail, team skills, and work ethic.
