Programme / Project Manager
Gloucester
Up to £65,000 per annum
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We’re seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of interdependent projects within an engineering-led environment. You’ll ensure alignment across workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive delivery to time, cost and quality targets while engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring successful outcomes
*Develop and manage project plans, timelines and dependencies
*Identify and mitigate risks, issues and blockers
*Maintain clear governance, reporting and stakeholder communication
*Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on track
About You
*Proven Programme Manager with experience delivering complex projects
*Highly organised, proactive and results-driven
*Strong communicator, confident influencing stakeholders
*Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Skills & Experience
*Programme management across multiple projects
*Strong planning, risk management and reporting skills
*Experience with tools such as MS Project or similar
*Background in engineering, manufacturing or regulated environments is beneficial
