Our client is looking for a highly capable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join their manufacturing team, building high-quality roof systems and components.

This is a hands-on, skilled role ideal for someone confident with machinery, problem solving, and working to precise specifications.

Duties
*Building roof systems from technical drawings
*Solving build challenges, including bespoke and box-gutter assemblies
*Operating a range of workshop equipment, including:*Elumatec saws
*CNC cutting machinery
*Dewalt chop saws
*Hand tools

*Programming and running CNC machines
*Carrying out troubleshooting and maintenance on tooling and machinery
*Ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency in all work
*Completing production paperwork
*Keeping your working area safe, clean, and organised
*Supporting and guiding other team members when required
The Candidate
*Strong experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or similar production environments
*Confident operating CNC machinery (programming experience ideal)
*Able to read and work from technical drawings
*Skilled with hand tools and mechanical processes
*Confident working independently with minimal supervision
*Strong problem-solving ability
*Accurate with paperwork and quality procedures
*Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to train)
*Reliable, proactive, and a positive team player
