Vacancy: Bagging Operative

Our Group manufactures high-quality products for human and animal foodstuffs, agriculture, aquaculture, and various industrial applications. With an annual UK turnover approaching £320 million, we employ around 750 people across 16 sites nationwide.
The Position
We are seeking two Bagging Operatives to join our team at the Nottingham site. These are full-time, permanent roles working 12-hour shifts across various patterns to meet business needs.
As a Bagging Operative, your duties will vary according to Company requirements and may include:
*Loading product into appropriate vehicles
*Preparing and bagging products ready for despatch
*Ensuring products meet quality standards and taking samples before distribution
*Completing paperwork and undertaking general housekeeping
*Carrying out any other ad hoc duties as required by Management
Requirements
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively
*Excellent communication skills
*Full valid driving licence (essential)
*Forklift truck and/or shunter licence (advantageous)
*Proficient literacy and numeracy skills
*Flexibility with working hours
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
*Previous experience in a similar role is desirable; training will be provided where necessary
