WANTED! Sales and Lettings Negotiator! Join a busy Estate Agency team in the Colindale (NW9) area, handling enquiries, viewings, negotiations and client relationships. Ideal for a motivated negotiator with London market experience and strong communication skills.
An opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator with some previous experience in either discipline, to join a professional residential agency in Colindale. You’ll play a key role in managing applicants and securing sales and lets!
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Register applicants and match them with suitable properties.
*Conduct viewings and deliver strong follow-up to secure deals.
*Negotiate offers
*Maintain an organised pipeline and accurate admin.
*Provide excellent customer service and manage enquiries professionally.
*Support the team and contribute to business growth.
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous residential sales and or lettings experience.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
*Confident telephone manner and professional presentation.
*Self-motivated, organised and detail-focused.
*Knowledge of the London market.
*Full UK driving licence.
