You’ll Be Doing as a Service Charge Accountant (Team Lead)
*Coordinate year-end statements and manage the external audit process.
*Ensure annual budgets are precise and correctly uploaded.
*Oversee invoicing for service charges, ground rents, and fees.
*Manage utility recharges, insurance allocations, and tax administration.
*Maintain financial compliance across the residential portfolio as a Team Leader.
*Managing a small team.
What We’re Looking For
*Previous accounting experience within the residential sector.
*Skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel; Qube experience is an advantage.
*High level of numerical accuracy and analytical ability.
*Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across different departments and helping to support a small team.
