Regional Head of Financial Advisers – North
CII / LIBF Level 4 Qualified
Manchester Area / mainly remote
Salary: Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven leader to take on a pivotal role within a growing and ambitious financial planning business. This position offers the chance to lead, develop and expand a high-performing team of Financial Advisers across the North, playing a key role in the continued success and growth of the organisation.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and strategic development of a regional adviser team, ensuring exceptional client service standards and strong commercial performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will mentor, support and grow advisers at all stages of their careers.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading and managing a team of Financial Advisers
*Driving performance through regular one-to-one meetings and ongoing support
*Identifying training and development needs across the team
*Acting as a subject matter expert for complex client and adviser queries
*Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new advisers
*Monitoring KPIs and implementing continuous improvements
*Collaborating with senior leadership to shape business strategy
*Providing feedback and operational insight to the board
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
*Proven experience managing Financial Advisers or similar teams
*Strong knowledge of financial advice and the regulatory environment
*A track record of leading high-performing teams
*Excellent communication and coaching skills
*A proactive and results-driven mindset
*The ability to inspire, develop and challenge others
*Strong attention to detail and a KPI-focused approach
