We are seeking a committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Coventry.
This role involves working closely with pupils with additional needs, providing 1:1 and small group support to help them access learning and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
*Support learning across the classroom and adapted activities
*Assist with EHCP targets and individual learning plans
*Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation needs
*Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
*Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment
Candidate Requirements*Experience working with children with SEN (school-based or similar setting)
*Calm, patient and nurturing approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Understanding of autism, ADHD, SEMH or learning difficulties (desirable)
*Level 2/3 TA qualification preferred but not essential
