LGS Vision are currently supporting a very fast growing firm of accountants as they seek a Audit Semi Senior to join their team.
Role:
*Begin to take ownership of your own portfolio of smaller assignments with support from your manager
*Support the Senior or Assistant Manager on larger and more complex assignments
*Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets
*Begin to develop enduring client relationships
*Participate in local networking and business development events Day to day duties
*Involved in the completion of audit fieldwork/planned substantive and analytical audit procedures, including on site at client premises where necessary
*Responsibility for the planning and completion of audit assignments, whilst ensuring audit files have appropriate and sufficient documentation
*Prepare statutory financial statements from client data and highlight high level risk areas or matters of concern
Technical Skills:
*Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP and Auditing Standards
*ACA/ACCA/AAT part qualified
*A minimum of 2 years experience working in an audit environment for a UK practice
*Experience of auditing clients within a variety of industries Experience coaching and mentoring junior members
Package:
*£28,000 to £36,000
