We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Great Barr on a 3-day-per-week basis.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate classroom practitioner who enjoys working in Key Stage 1 and is confident delivering engaging, high-quality learning to early years pupils transitioning through KS1.
Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons across the curriculum
*Support early literacy and numeracy development
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Assess, track and support pupil progress
*Work collaboratively with staff to support learning outcomes
*Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
Candidate Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within KS1 (EYFS experience desirable)
*Strong understanding of early learning and phonics
*Confident classroom practitioner
*Flexible, committed and able to work part-time (3 days per week)
