Job Description:
Junior Graphic Designer/Setter Role
Temporary to permanent contract
Permanent salary equivalent: £24,000 - £26,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Location: Croydon
My client, a leading company in the labelling and identification industry for the Voice & Data sector, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Trainee Graphic Designer/ Setter to join their small, dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transfer data from customer-supplied spreadsheets into drawing packages.
• Produce laser-engraved labels using the drawing packages.
• Complete associated paperwork.
Requirements:
• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player.
• Graphic Design Degree or equivalent
• Strong general education, numeracy, and IT skills (Word and Excel).
• Experience with Windows-based drawing and imaging software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop) and graphic design is a plus.
• Good telephone manner.
Full training provided.
