Job Description:
Robert Half is recruiting for an Interim Group Risk Vendor Management Consultant to support a major vendor risk and governance project for a leading international organisation. This is a primarily remote role, ideal for an experienced consultant with a strong background in vendor management, third-party risk, policy review, data reconciliation, and contract standardisation.
Key Responsibilities*Reconcile and cleanse vendor and contract data across InfoPulse, ServiceNow and Aderant
*Identify missing contracts and classify critical/material vendors
*Support migration of vendor data into a centralised repository
*Review and simplify the existing Group Vendor Management Policy
*Develop high-level risk classification assessments and detailed vendor risk questionnaires
*Create a standardised baseline vendor agreement using AI tools
*Produce guidance on preferred, negotiable and non-negotiable contract positions
*Test contract risk methodology against existing agreements
*Support the development of a draft Business Requirements Document for a future vendor risk management solution
About You*Proven experience in vendor management, third-party risk, supplier risk or operational risk
*Strong skills in policy drafting, risk assessments, data remediation and governance
*Experience with ServiceNow and ideally exposure to InfoPulse and Aderant
*Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced interim environment
