*Manage the process and provide guidance on making a claim
*Gathering required information and documents to support claim
*Monitoring a claim’s progress and ensure its efficiency
*Investigating any potentially fraudulent claims
*Consulting and collaborating with other legal and claims professionals to assess the claim terms
