Sales Support Administrator
Job Description
*Manage sales inbox enquiries and respond promptly to customers
*Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system
*Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate teams
*Prepare and process quotations, including supplier follow-ups
*Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely customer responses

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
*Experienced in managing high-volume workloads with accuracy in fast-paced environments
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident with internal and external stakeholders
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Proficient in IT systems, including ERP platforms
