Job Description:
Junior Personal Assistant - Contract (6 Months)
An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Personal Assistant to join a busy, growing FinTech organisation, providing support as the executive management committee continues to grow.
The role will initially support senior stakeholders alongside an experienced EA, with scope to support additional executive management committee members moving forward. This is an ideal role for someone early in their PA career looking to build experience in a fast-paced setting.
The position is offered on an initial 6-month contract to provide additional capacity and assess longer-term needs, with potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting senior stakeholders alongside an established PA
*Managing busy and frequently changing diaries (approx. 60%)
*Processing expenses and coordinating approvals (approx. 20%)
*Booking and managing travel arrangements (approx. 20%)
*Liaising with other PAs and EAs to ensure smooth coordination
*Handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience as a Junior PA, PA, Team Assistant or similar
*Highly organised, proactive and able to work under pressure
*Confident diary management and prioritisation skills
*Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner
*A genuine "people person" who enjoys working in a sociable office
Systems & Tools
*Day-to-day work is carried out using Google Suite
*Expenses managed via an internal system
*Travel booked through a dedicated travel platform
*Experience from any industry background is welcome
Contract Details
*Contract length: 6 months initially
*Day rate: up to £200 per day
*Opportunity for extension or permanent role
*Hybrid working - 2/3 days per week on site - London
*Urgent requirement - candidates with a short notice period preferred
